PROTECTION IS WHERE EXPERIENCE SHOWS
Our freight process is built to reduce the most common causes of damage in handling and transit: improper packaging, weak palletization, load shifting, carrier handling pressure points, incorrect freight prep, inadequate cushioning or bracing. We build shipments to survive real-world movement, not just look good leaving the store.

WHY WE EXIST
Damage rarely starts during delivery. It starts with weak packaging, poor freight prep, bad palletization, improper cushioning, rushed handling, or incorrect shipment planning. Pak Mail® of Cedar Park was built to eliminate those failures before a shipment moves. Freight pickup and palletization handled across Central Texas from Austin and Round Rock to San Antonio, Marble Falls, Temple, and Waco.
Planning before movement.
Protection before pricing.
Oversight before assumptions.
Choosing the right shipping method matters more than choosing the cheapest. Protection, handling, transit risk, timing, and preparation all decide whether a shipment arrives safely.

WHAT SETS THIS OPERATION APART
Many freight providers only coordinate carrier movement. Pak Mail Freight of Cedar Park helps customers prepare shipments correctly before transportation even begins.
The goal is not simply moving freight. It is making sure shipments are properly prepared, protected, and delivered successfully.
We coordinate with regional and national LTL transportation providers based on shipment size, handling requirements, timing, and destination needs. Scheduled carrier pickup, planned transportation timing, and routing and scheduling coordination are built into every freight plan.
Combining preparation, protection, freight coordination, carrier scheduling, warehouse handling, and oversight under one roof means fewer handoff points, fewer avoidable problems, and better control before transit begins.
OUR LTL CARRIER NETWORK
Pak Mail Freight of Cedar Park works with the largest LTL networks in the country plus regional and specialty carriers. Every freight quote is rate-shopped across lanes, equipment types, and transit windows — we pick the right carrier for the shipment, not whichever has the lowest sticker price.
Additional regional and specialty LTL carriers may be considered depending on lane, equipment, and transit window. For oversized, white-glove, and high-value moves we also coordinate with white-glove transportation networks and specialty freight carriers outside the standard LTL pool.
HOW IT WORKS
Call, text a photo, or bring it in. We need dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and any special handling requirements.
We coordinate with dedicated freight carriers (LTL and full-truckload lines) and select the right combination of protection, routing, and delivery method.
Custom wood crate built to spec, foam-in-place cushioning, sealed and labeled for transit. Built to survive real-world handling.
We schedule the freight carrier, handle the Bill of Lading, and track the shipment until delivery confirmation.
BUILT FOR COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
Freight coordination for businesses and commercial clients who need a reliable, accountable partner.

Most shipping damage is preventable. It starts with the right packaging plan.
TWO PATHS TO FREIGHT
FULL-SERVICE FREIGHT
You bring the item. We assess, build the right protection (foam-in-place, blanket-wrap, custom wood crate), palletize, prepare the BOL, coordinate the carrier, and track to delivery. Best for high-value, fragile, oversized, or one-off shipments where packing matters.
BUILD A FULL-SERVICE QUOTE →TRANSPORTATION ONLY
Already palletized, crated, or prepared. You need carrier selection, BOL, drayage, pickup scheduling, and tracking. No packing or crating upsell. Best for manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and trade show contractors with their own prep discipline.
TRANSPORTATION-ONLY DETAILS →NATIONAL FREIGHT AUTHORITY
Not every shipment belongs in a parcel network.
Businesses, collectors, manufacturers, galleries, auction buyers, and project managers often need transportation solutions that go beyond standard shipping. From palletized freight and trade show materials to antiques, artwork, machinery, and commercial equipment, successful transportation starts with planning.
Our team coordinates freight solutions across the United States and internationally, helping customers determine the right transportation method, packaging requirements, transit strategy, and protection level before a shipment moves.
Whether you are shipping a single high-value item or managing recurring freight needs, we focus on reducing risk, protecting value, and creating transportation plans that fit the shipment rather than forcing the shipment into a standard carrier model.
Every shipment starts with understanding the item, the destination, and the consequences of getting it wrong.
Tell us what you have. Final service options, timing, and pricing are confirmed after the shipment facts are reviewed.
