One-time at signup: setup fee $20.00, key fee $20.00 (non-refundable), and qualifying in-store PS Form 1583 notarization $10.00. This is a Pak Mail service fee, not a fee mandated by USPS. Mobile, remote, and other separately priced notary services are not included. Bring two current forms of ID, one with a photo.
