You give us directly: Name, address, phone number, and email when you request a quote, sign up for a mailbox, or contact us. Shipment details (origin, destination, dimensions, weight, declared value, photos of items). Payment information processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our systems). Government-issued ID for notary services and mailbox rental (verified, not retained beyond the legally required period). Files you upload for print or document services. We collect automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page; cookies that support essential site functionality. This website is hosted on Manus, whose managed platform provides page-view analytics. When the page-view analytics service loads, Manus may receive page URLs, visit timing, IP address, browser and device information, and identifiers made available by your browser. We share information only as needed to deliver services or as required by law: Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, freight LTL partners) to fulfill shipments; mailbox platforms (Anytime Mailbox, iPostal1, PostScan Mail) to operate virtual mailbox services you sign up for; payment processors to process transactions; Annex Brands, Inc. as our franchisor under our license agreement; service providers that support our operations under confidentiality obligations, including Manus for managed website hosting and page-view analytics, email delivery, and storage; and law enforcement and courts when legally required, including USPS Form 1583 for private mailbox rentals. An unavailable online workflow does not trigger a customer-data alert or follow-up. We retain shipment records, quote history, and account information for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with carrier liability windows, tax records, and legal obligations. Notary records are retained for the period required by Texas law. Quote photos and uploaded files are retained for 18 months after quote completion or rejection unless the customer requests earlier deletion. Online quote requests. While online freight requests are unavailable, the site does not accept or retain entered freight facts, create a customer reference, or initiate follow-up.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. The site enforces HTTPS, restricts admin access to a single credentialed owner with strong-hash password storage, and uses parameterized database queries. Online supporting-file uploads are currently unavailable. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
