These Terms govern your use of pakmailatx.com and the in-store services of Pak Mail of Cedar Park, operated by XphereMart Business Holdings LLC, DBA Pak Mail of Cedar Park. By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
We provide retail shipping, freight, packing, custom crating, mailbox rental, document and print services, notary services (in-person and Remote Online Notarization), passport photos, Happy Returns drop-off, and related business services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Shipments are tendered to the selected carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or freight LTL partner) on your behalf and are subject to that carrier’s terms, conditions, and liability limits. We are not the carrier and we are not responsible for transit time, delivery exceptions, lost shipments, or damage in transit beyond the carrier’s own published liability. Declared value coverage (often called “shipment protection”) is available; we strongly recommend it for high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items. We do not insure shipments; declared value coverage is a separate product purchased through us or the carrier.
Online estimates are planning ranges only, not quotes or binding offers. The site does not publish carrier-rate comparisons or binding online estimates. Final pricing is determined in store based on actual measured weight, actual measured dimensions, destination ZIP code, additional carrier charges in effect on the day of shipment, packing materials required, and accessorial services elected. Freight, oversized, and high-value shipments are quoted individually. Quotes are valid for the duration stated on the quote and may expire if not accepted in time. Rates are subject to change without notice.
We do not accept items illegal under applicable law, items prohibited by the selected carrier, hazardous materials except as permitted with documentation, currency, live animals, or human remains. If a prohibited item is discovered after tender, we may surrender the shipment to law enforcement or the carrier without refund.
Private mailbox rental requires a completed and signed USPS Form 1583 and two forms of valid identification, in accordance with federal law. Mailbox fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Mail is accepted from all carriers; package size limits apply. We are not responsible for misdelivered mail, mail held by a carrier, or contents of mail. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a mailbox, or surrender mail to law enforcement when legally required.
Virtual mailbox services are offered through third-party platforms (Anytime Mailbox, iPostal1, PostScan Mail). Subscriptions are managed directly by those platforms, and their terms govern the relationship. We act as a mail-handling agent at the Cedar Park address you select.
Notary services are performed by commissioned Texas notaries in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 406. The notary may refuse to notarize if identity cannot be verified, if the signer appears to be under duress, if the signer appears incapacitated, or if the document is incomplete. Remote Online Notarization requires the technological and identity-verification standards established by the Texas Secretary of State. Apostille submission is provided as a coordination service; processing time and outcome are determined by the Texas Secretary of State.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver print and copy work as specified. Customer-supplied files are presumed to be print-ready; we are not responsible for output issues that originate in the source file (resolution, color mode, fonts, layout). We are not responsible for copyright clearance of customer-supplied content; you represent that you have the right to reproduce any work you submit. Completed work is held for 30 days; unclaimed work after 30 days may be recycled.
The site is provided for informational and operational purposes. You agree not to use the site to: violate any law; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; or interfere with site operation. Tracking links redirect to carrier websites; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites.
Site content is owned by XphereMart Business Holdings LLC, except Pak Mail marks owned by Annex Brands, Inc. and used under license; carrier marks owned by their respective owners; and Happy Returns, Anytime Mailbox, iPostal1, and PostScan Mail marks owned by their respective owners. All rights reserved.
The site and services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XphereMart Business Holdings LLC, Pak Mail of Cedar Park, Annex Brands, Inc., and their officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, law, or a third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect when posted. Continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance.
